Jim spent his career helping others as executive director of the Mr. Goodcents Foundation, and that commitment continues in his retirement. He’s a member of Connect 2 Metrics, LLC and The Culture Think Tank, which turns their research into easy-to-use, metrics-based solutions that improve workplace performance. He’s a past president of the Overland Park Rotary Club, past chair of the MARC Transportation Mobility Advisory Committee and a member of MARC’s Communities for All Ages Committee. He received the Andrus Award of Community Service from AARP of Kansas.
